How much does hourly conference room hire at Hala Koszyki cost?
Hire is billed in hourly blocks, with the same rate for all three rooms: 3h — PLN 2,775 net, 4h — PLN 3,700 net, 6h — PLN 5,550 net, 8h — PLN 6,500 net. A quote for your specific date is confirmed by e-mail within 24h on business days.
What does the hire price include?
The price covers the room in your chosen layout (theatre, U-shape, at tables or cocktail), basic sound system and a screen, plus set-up of the space before the event. Non-standard extras — extended AV, live streaming or bar service — are quoted individually.
How much does catering cost at an event in Hala Koszyki?
Catering is provided by WE Catering — packages start from PLN 136 net per person (coffee break and lunch; banquet menus are priced by selected items). Guests can also use the restaurants of Hala Koszyki on their own.

The EVENT Room (an 89 m² loft) is available 24/7 — nights and weekends included. Conference Room I and Conference Room B (120 m² each) can be hired after 5 PM on weekdays and all day at weekends. The hourly blocks (3/4/6/8h) apply to all dates.
Will I get a VAT invoice and how does booking work?
Yes — all prices in the table are net, and settlement is by VAT invoice. We block the date once the quote is confirmed, and the deposit and payment terms are set out in the offer we send within 24h on business days.
