A daylight loft overlooking the Hall’s interior — the only one of the three rooms available around the clock. The kit is built for panel discussions and presentations: a large TV display instead of a projector, so the daylight never has to be blacked out, and a full set of six wireless microphones, so a moderator and five panellists speak without passing a mic around.

Conference Room I — NEC projector and JBL speakers

The largest room by guest count: up to 80 people informally among armchairs and sofas, or 50 at five round tables. A projection kit and a pair of passive JBL speakers with an amplifier — a configuration for a keynote to a full theatre, a dinner with a presentation and a product launch on a large screen.

Conference Room B — the same projection kit, a different interior

The same technology as in Conference Room I — an NEC projector with a screen and a pair of JBL Control 28-1 — but an interior with permanent lounge furniture: no table layout, yet up to 60 people in theatre or in a cocktail set-up. A good choice for a launch, an after-party following a conference and a meeting where guests move between the bar and the screen.

Five things to check before the event

1. What you present fromIn the EVENT Room you connect a laptop over HDMI (cable on site) or through the USB-C hub. In Conference Rooms I and B the picture comes from the NEC projector — tell us in the enquiry which device you present from, so we can prepare the connection.
2. How many people speak at onceThe EVENT Room has six wireless microphones, Conference Rooms I and B one each. A panel with three panellists in a 120 m² room means extra microphones with the venue technician — add it to the enquiry.
3. Whether you play soundA video with audio, background music, a walk-on jingle — every room has a sound system, and we set up the audio connection from your laptop before the event, so mention it in the enquiry.
4. Whether you need internet for a live streamEvery room has Wi-Fi and a wired (LAN) connection — for live streaming we usually go with the cable. Streaming is quoted separately; if participants are going to work on their own laptops, tell us how many there will be.
5. Whether you bring your own equipmentIf so, plan one extra hour of room occupancy for hook-up and a sound check — put it in the enquiry and we will include it in the quote.
